QKey Studio provides software applications, games, services and websites (Products). At QKey Studio, the privacy and security of our users is of the utmost importance. QKey Studio is committed to protecting the data you share with us. Upon receipt, QKey Studio will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the provision of services and for a reasonable time thereafter for record keeping purposes.
QKey Studio can collect, record and analyze information from Users about its Products. QKey Studio games can add information collected by browsing the pages. If you provide QKey Studio with your social media information, QKey Studio may receive publicly available information about you from social media. We DO NOT collect, store or process any information about: age, gender, political views, religious beliefs, phone number, etc., even if the User would like to share such information with us directly.
INFORMATION NOT ALLOWING IDENTIFICATION
QKey Studio also collects non-personally identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information”) from our Products. During User registration, you provide information such as identification data (ID) obtained from a service provider such as Google Play or the App Store and other platforms on which our Products are located. QKey Studio offers a number of data areas. The “data region” of QKey Studio games is a collection of data centers located in a specific geographic area where user data is stored. Personal data is not transferred between Data Regions. For QKey Studio users with accounts located in the European data region of QKey Studio, all Personal Data is processed in the EEA. For Users with accounts in the Data Regions: United States of America (USA) and Canada, all Personal Data is processed exclusively at a data center in the United States. For Users with accounts in our Asia Pacific region, all Personal Data is processed in Singapore.
5. Processing and collection
Processing in the European Economic Area (EEA) For Users with accounts located in the European data region of QKey Studio, all processing of Personal Data is carried out in accordance with privacy rights and regulations in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of Personal Data and the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the processing of games by QKey Studio is GDPR-compliant. The QKey Studio Controller processes Personal Data both as a Processor and as a Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR: The QKey Studio Organization with which you, as a User, have entered into an agreement when using the QKey Studio platform to be a User Data Controller as described above in the “Collecting User Data” section. QKey Studio adheres to the GDPR. Consequently, QKey Studio processes all data provided by its Users with accounts in its European Data Region, only in the European Economic Area (EEA). All data collected by QKey Studio Users through the Products will be stored exclusively on secure hosting. QKey Studio has a data processing agreement with its supplier to ensure compliance with the Directive. All hosting is carried out in accordance with the strictest security rules. All data transfers within the EEA are carried out in accordance with this data processing agreement. Processing in the United States of America (USA): For Users in the Data Region l US QKey Studio processes data exclusively at data centers located in the USA. QKey Studio has taken reasonable physical, technical and organizational precautions, which largely reflect the EU guarantees against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of User data held by QKey Studio. QKey Studio will immediately notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to or use of the User's data. Processing in Canada: For Users with accounts in the data region of QKey Studio Canada, QKey Studio processes data exclusively in data centers, located in Canada. QKey Studio has taken reasonable physical, technical and organizational precautions that largely reflect the EU guarantees against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of User data held by QKey Studio. QKey Studio will immediately notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to or use of the User's data. Processing in Other Regions: For Users with accounts in our Asia Pacific data region, QKey Studio has taken reasonable physical, technical and organizational precautions that largely reflect EU guarantees against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosing, accessing, using or processing User data in the possession of QKey Studio. QKey Studio will immediately notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to or use of the User's data.
6. Saving and deleting
QKey Studio will not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. With regard to respondent data, QKey Studio Users can control the purpose of the data collection and the duration for which Personal Data may be stored. For respondent data, users with an active account will be responsible for deleting the data when required. When a user account is terminated or expires, all Personal Data collected through the platform will be deleted as required by applicable law.
7. Acceptance of these Terms
We assume that all Users of our Products have carefully read this document and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from using our Products. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy as necessary or required by law. Your continued use of QKey Studio products upon becoming aware of any such changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
